An alien infant stows away with Andros, with it's angered guardian not too far behind

Much of Angel Grove's population begins to deplete, leading the Rangers to investigate by sending Andros and Carlos undercover as civilians. They are transported with another group of people to a secret city within another dimension, where Astronema is slowly digitizing the citizens into datacards
